Need help to prepare your income tax and benefit return?

In order to be eligible for the CVITP, individuals must have a modest income and a simple tax situation.

This may include include:

  • adults 65 years and older
  • housing-insecure individuals
  • Indigenous Peoples
  • modest-income individuals
  • newcomers
  • persons with disabilities
  • students

Volunteers DO NOT complete income tax and benefit returns for deceased persons, bankrupt individuals not yet discharged by their trustee, or individuals who have capital gains or losses, employment expenses, self-employment income, or business or rental income and expenses.

Please note: A program reminder email will be sent ~24 hours before the event.

If you are no longer able to attend the program, please use the Cancel Registration button within the reminder email to cancel your registration, and allow us to offer the program to an attendee on our waitlist.

While masks are no longer required, we are a mask-friendly environment.
