Sociable Seniors: All About Wildlife Photography with Jason George

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Lakeshore Branch

Description

Let’s travel the world together, see some awesome continents, and animals. Come and learn about the wildlife around you and see some incredible photographs.

And, learn some practical tips for taking great photos of your own!

About the Presenter: Join Jason George, a dyslexic BIPOC wildlife photographer, presenter and writer, retired from teaching and relocated to Wasaga Beach to get closer to nature and chase his passion of wildlife. Jason seems to have a magical connection with animals which helps him capture these amazing natural pictures (both ethically and humanely). In 2022, Jason released the first book in his series, ‘The World with Jason George – Canada’ and school groups are already doing novel studies on it. ‘The World with Jason George – Africa’ was released in 2023. In 2022 Jason George Photography was the GOLD winner of the ‘Community Votes Simcoe County 2022.’ Jason is published in Reader’s Digest and has been featured on CTV Barrie.
