Feeling seen, heard and understood is an important aspect when grieving the death of a loved one. Having a sense of community and connection can help those that are grieving achieve this sense of validation; however, all too often people that are grieving share they feel isolated and alone – even when surrounded by those they know best. Hospice Simcoe is offering a grief and bereavement drop-in group directly in Innisfil. Hospice Simcoe will be available to offer support, information and resources on navigating the difficult journey of grief.
