When Ian and his school chums embark upon a hike on their first day of Homeroom Earth program, they know they are hiking in the winderness where rumours of a missing dancetroupe haunt the forest. Although the leaders of they camp deny anything of the sort, it's kind of fun and creepy to think that the bodies have never been found. As PJ films everything, they fall behind the group...and when they see a majestic buck, Ian takes off after the animal forcing Kendra and PJ to follow. Suddenly they cannot find their way back to the trail, and trek deeper and deeper into the forest. Eventually realizing they are spending the night in the forest which seems to be getting creepier and angrier, they come upon a cabin. The diary that they find in the cabin sets off a chain of horror as the living dead descend upon them. That they eventually find their way home again is shocking, that the Homeroom Earth councelors and their teachers don't believe them about the ....can we say the word?...zombies....isn't so shocking. But how then can you explain the pile of melted human flesh that is found in the arts and crafts cabin?!? Shocking, gross and everything you want from a true horror story! Reviewed by BPL staff IBR.
