The Grey Havens was always the saddest part for me. Bilbo leaving and all that... sad, but understandable. FRODO leaving?! I started bawling. Honestly, every time I see it, I see so much symbolism and parallels to PTSD and veterans committing suicide and all of that.... So of course, in reading Bilbo's Last Song, I died a little inside. My heart broke at this, just as it breaks for anything around mental health and furthering our understanding of it. If only we could have had a better understanding of it when these soldiers came home from war.
