To tell you the truth I like the book more than the movie. I had so many emotions throughout the movie as much as I did the book it was worth it to watch. This movie is so near the content of the book it is awesome. That is a very rare find. I want to watch it over and over. To bad I only it or a short time.:(

Everything, everything, is a sweet movie about a girl, Maddy (Amandla Stenberg) who has a disease called severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) which is that she is unable to leave her house which is hermetically-sealed. She has a crush on her next-door neighbour Olly (Nick Robinson) which eventually turns into a relationship through texting, and when he finds out about her disease, he tries his best to let live her live just like everyone else because he believes that she deserves it. Olly takes her on a little trip and they have a great time. I rate this movie a 4 out of 5. @BirdieBooks of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

This romantic drama film is about a girl who is now eighteen, but still unable to leave her home due to a severe illness that traps her inside. What draws her outside more than anything, however, is her desire to see her neighbour Olly, who she is absolutely in love with. Being someone who has read the book that this was based on, I was very disappointed by the lack of emotion and drive that was meant to fuel the characters, and how many little details seemed to have been overlooked. I would rate this movie 3/5 stars and recommend it to those who like heart-wrenching romantic teenage films

Maddy is 18 years old. She has an illness which prevents her from interacting with the outside world. Her life is an endless train of restriction and dullness until she meets Olly, the boy who just moved in next door. The movie shows the journey that was taken to overcome obstacles and to achieve what might have seemed so impossible in the beginning. In addition, the movie Everything, Everything was quite true to the book which is relieving for those readers out there. It is a simple, innocent and sweet love story that many will enjoy. As well, the actors and actresses depicted their characters very well. I must admit, the movie was not the most action-packed so it may seem tedious at points. Lastly, Everything, Everything may not be fitting for all viewers due to some thematic elements. Overall, Everything, Everything was a good movie if you are looking for a lighthearted drama/romance story. Rate 3.5/5 stars. @ReadingIceCream of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library

Rue from the Hunger Games grown up in a boy in the plastic bubble genre movie. It is sweet, but predictable. A bit unrealistic, but so is the boy in the plastic bubble concept as a whole. That being said it is a harmless bit of fluff and innocent family viewing.

A good romantic movie. Not very fast-paced, but interesting.
Love the twist, didn't see it coming.

Loved the book and loved the movie!!

Just a simple romance movie, nothing special. Comparing to to others, even The fault in our star is better than this. Not really worth it
