The tag scenes were great, they were the only good thing about the movie although they did go too far with the violence, making it very unbelievable.

The jokes were juvenile, I get really tired of body part humor. Amy Adam's character was really stupid. But overall the tag scenes made it worth watching, it's a really unique comedy idea made better by the fact that it's based on a true story.

I LOVE this movie! And, I love the true story that inspired it. The bonus feature is an interview with men who started the whole thing. What fun!

A comedy based of some men who went to Gonzaga Prep played tag with each other for 23 years***. However, the dramatization was too juvenile and only had two or three funny sequences, thanks to special effects. Best scene was the ambush in the AA meeting. The best film about games for adult is still "Game Night 2018." This is on par with "The House 2017" which Renner was in as well.

"Tag" channels the sweet, stupid lunacy of "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" as grown men - led by Ed Helms whose inimitable comic style is pitch perfect - chase each other rather than a pot of gold. The fight scene in the mall is one of the best I've ever seen. A thoroughly enjoyable film.
