Very good workout book. It provides a lot of relevant information about the body and its muscles. There are plenty of workouts shown (with many pictures!). Three workout programs in the second half of the book - classified as beginner, intermediate and advanced.

I enjoyed it so much that I bought it for my collection. Recommended for beginner to advanced weight lifters.
