Didn't have it long enough to try the diet, but found the information interesting. I have to try the 21 day reset diet to see if it will work for me. I love berries, fruits & veggies but apparently these can only be add after the 21 days, but I'm not sure if that is right until I actually get the book back again to try everything properly. The book does contain lots of recipes but as a vegan it might be difficult for me to get a balanced diet. Not one to calculate stuff when I'm in a hurry to get food or just throw something together, I'm hoping this book helps me figure out how to do this and still stay on the diet. Will update once I have had more time with the book.
