"adaption" Oh my! One of the greatest books in the history of science, in good company with “De revolutionibus orbium coelestium” (On the Revolutions of the Heavenly Spheres) 1543 by Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) . . . . . and, “Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica” (Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy) 1687 by Sir Isaac Newton PRS MP 1642-1726 . . . . . and, “Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems” (Dialogo dei due massimi sistemi del mondo) by Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) all the more remarkable considering Darwin did not know about genetics. In their rage against Darwin, creationists overlook Alfred Russell Wallace, OM, FRS (1823-1913), co-discoverer of natural selection.
